Gjharta Glynberg - The Body Behind the Method

EssensBody is more than a practice —It is a way of being with the body.

Founded by Gjharta Glynberg, Rolfer & Rolf Method Practitioner, Fascial Therapist, and Architech of Movement through Pilates Integration.

EssensBody weaves together the science of structure with the wisdom of presence. Each session is shaped by anatomy, movement intelligence, and the quiet knowing that the body holds its own language.

Gjhartas' journey began in 2001, with the founding of The Croome Pilates Studio in  Copenhagen-Denmark.
Since then, she has trained with the European Rolfing® Association in Munich, completed studies in Bindevævsterapi and continues to deepen her practice through Osteopathic Education and mentorship.

Her early years in musical theatre infuse her touch with rhythm, grace, and emotional expression. She understands how the body holds stories — and how, through fascia, those stories can be gently rewritten.

As a therapist, Gjharta moves with clarity and softness. There is a listening for what remains unspoken. Each gesture is slow, precise, and reverent —Not to direct change, but to invite it.
Not to impose, but to make space. Change, in her presence, is not commanded. It is allowed.

"The body is wise, movement is healing, and stillness is its quiet power". Gjharta Glynberg
